Celebrate Nienhuis 90th Anniversary with Us!

In 1929, after period of more than 10 years during which Maria Montessori and Albert Nienhuis worked closely together on the first Montessori materials, Nienhuis Montessori was officially founded. This year we celebrate 90 years of passion for material design, manufacturing and revision. We could not have done this without our loyal Montessori community.

The Original Montessori Craft. 

Maria Montessori created her materials with great care for details. We go back to 18 October 1922, when Maria Montessori and Albert Nienhuis discussed several materials with great care for details.

In the last 90 years we have built up a perfect understanding of her ideas. After more than 90 years we love to share some of their considerations.
